Chapainawabganj Polytechnic Institute celebrated Youth Festival. On Sunday (January 26) at 10 am, a workshop titled “Role of Youth in Building a New Bangladesh” was held at the institute’s auditorium on this occasion.

The workshop was attended by the Vice Chancellor of Naogaon University, Professor Dr. Md. Hasanat Ali.

The workshop, chaired by Principal Engineer Abul Kalam Azad, was attended by the special guests, Principal of Chapainawabganj Government Women’s College Professor Dr. Biplob Kumar Majumder, Vice Principal of Chapainawabganj Polytechnic Institute  Md. Omar Faruk, Vice Principal Selim Ahmed.

Present at the event were Teacher of the Food Technology Department of the Polytechnic Institute Engineer Md. Salah Uddin Yusuf, Teacher of the English Department Sumon Ahmed and Chief Instructor of the Electrical Department Afida Rahman and students.

The speakers at the workshop said that the young generation must play a leading role in building a new Bangladesh. The ongoing movement has proven that the youth are indomitable and irresistible. Youth cannot survive by ignoring or oppressing them. Everyone must be committed and proactive from their respective positions to build a new Bangladesh that is non-discriminatory, equal and merit-based, democratic, accountable, well-governed, free from discrimination and corruption, based on the hopes and aspirations of the youth.
