Without unwanted situation, vote taking ended peacefully in Bogura

The voters of 12 uapzilas of Bogura have given their valuable votes to their chosen candidate in the 12th national parliament election peacefully.

Due to chilly cold, the voters did not come early in the poll centres but later the number of the voters increased though it was not remarkable. Some gatherings were been marked outside the poll centres of the district.

At Razapur union parishad poll centre under sadar upazila, some anti-government BNP and Jamaat men tried to discourage the voters but the strike position of the law-enforcers made them flee from the location.

Bogura election office sources said that in the 7 constituencies, 58 candidates have been fighting for their respective seat of the parliament. In Bogura district total 28,28,321 votes cast their votes 969 poll centres in 12 upazilas in Bogura district.
