A paddy caring truck l fell into a ditch losing control, its driver’s assistant Rakib Hasan, 25, was killed and injuring the driver slightly in Joypurhat.

The deceased was identified as Rakib Hasan, son of Abdur Rashid of Namuja Masjid Para in Bogura.
The accident took place in Purnagopinathpur area of ​​Akkelpur upazila on Akkelpur-Dupchanchia road around 11:30 am on Wednesday.

Officer-in-Charge of Akkelpur Police Station OC Saidur Rahman confirmed the accident.  Rakib, who was sitting next to the driver, fell under the truck and died on the spot. Police have recovered the body of the deceased but the truck has not been recovered yet.
