To boost T-Aman paddy production , seeds & fertilisers have been distributed free of cost among farmers under Dupchanchia upazila in Bogura on Tuesday.

Chairman of Upazila Parishad Alhaj Fazlul Haque , Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sumon Zihadi and Upazila Agriculture Officer Agriculturist Sajedul Alam officially distributed these seeds and fertilisers at the Upazila Agriculture Extension Office premises. President of Upazila Awami-leage Aminur Rahman and secretary Emdadul Haque were present here.

It is to be noted that 10 kg of DAP, 10 kg of MOP fertiliser and 5 kg of rice seeds per person were distributed free of cost to 700 marginal and small farmers under the promotion program of Kharip-2 season in 2022-23 financial year.
