A seven days long teacher training workshop on the new curriculum was successfully completed under Sariakandi Upazila in Bogura on Saturday. About four and a half hundred teachers from different educational institutions of Sariakandi Upazila participated in the teacher training session and returned to school with a preliminary idea about the new curriculum.

The teachers participating in the training expect that the implementation of this curriculum will be a milestone in the spread of education. On this day, a closing ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Senior Assistant Teacher of Sariakandi Government High School Mir Abdul Hai.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Tauhidur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the ceremony. Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sabuj Kumar Basak and Upazila Academic Supervisor Milan Hossain were present as special guests in the closing ceremony.

Headmaster of Sariakandi Pilot Girls High School Saki Muhammad Zakiul Alam, Teacher trainers Pranab Kumar Roy Chowdhury and Ahsan Habib were present at this time. The entire program was conducted by Md Emdadul Haque. The entire session was assisted by both assistant teacher Mohammad Yusuf and assistant teacher Md Rafiq.
