With the determination to build a smart Bangladesh, a student rally was held in Chapainawabganj to ensure the rights of students and develop women leadership. Chapainawabganj district branch of Bangladesh Chhatra League organized this program with the students of Chapainawabganj Government Women’s College on Wednesday morning.
Ferdosi Islam Jesi, Member of Parliament for reserved seat, addressed the gathering held in the college premises as the chief guest. The main speaker in the gathering was – Professor Sultana Razia, retired principal of Nawabganj Government College.
District Women Awami League Vice President Advocate Anjuman Ara, Bangabandhu Cultural Alliance Central Committee Joint General Secretary and Rajshahi Divisional Convener Actress Mahia Mahi Sarkar spoke as honored guests.

We have to focus on establishing our own rights, Bangabandhu’s daughter Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is a feminist Prime Minister, she will show you the way. Under his leadership women today came out of the house, women are working everywhere with great efficiency. The speakers urged the female students to stand by the Awami League in the upcoming 12th national election.
