Smart and dedicated people can rebuild smart and future Bangladesh and to reach their goals fulfilled, the new generation have to be enlightened with the smart knowledge of information and technology.

Mustafa Jabbar, the minister of Postal, Telecommunication and Information-technology Ministry spoke as chief guest in a prize giving ceremony and cultural programme at Karatoa Multi-media School and College in Bogura on Tuesday noon.

He added that the young and new generation children should be smart to make Bangladesh as Smart Bangladesh and there is no alternative way of development of modern-technology-based knowledge by 2041 for smart citizen, smart nation, smart economy and smart society.

The Minister said that the position of the country is in the top most position and Bangladesh has improved a lot leaving Pakistan back and Bangladesh was declared digital in 2008 whereas Pakistan was declared digital in 2019 after 11 years of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has become an icon and example of development in the world, information and technology-based knowledge makes people smart, added the Minister.
