The deputy commissioner accepted his application and called UNO Puthia in the presence of a journalist. He said that no pond can be dug in Phulbari Bill. The Deputy Commissioner directed UNO to take necessary steps for that purpose.

A written letter to this effect was sent to UNO Puthia from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office on Thursday.
