The Army Chief passing out parade of the 85^th armored recruit batch of Bangladesh Army-directed Armored Core Centre and School was held at Bogura Cantonment in Bogura on Tuesday.

In the passing out parade, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 11 Infantry Division and Commander of Bogura Area Command, Major General Md. Khaled-Al-Mamun pbgm, ndc, psc was present as chief guest and received salute from the recruits and visited the passing out parade.

During the visit, Commandant of Armored Core Centre and School Brigadier General Benojir Ahmed bgbms, afwc, psc, m.phil was also present with the chief guest.

The chief guest encouraged the passing out fresh-blood recruits to work and serve for the welfare of motherland.

In the passing out parade, huge number of army and civil personnel were present in the same venue. Total 231 recruits participated in the parade and among them, newly recruit Md. Mehedi was elected as the best recruit for his outstanding performances in all events and finally seeking blessing for nation, the parade was ended by the chief guest.
