The new office of Bogura Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) Corporate branch was inaugurated by the Managing Director (MD) of RAKUB at Yeasin Plaza of Nabab Bari road in Bogura town on Friday evening.

The Managing Director of RAKUB Niranjan Chandra Debnath was present as the chief guest while Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Md. Rafiqul Islam and Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of RAKUB Md. Abdur Rahim was present as the special guests in the inauguration programme.

The programme was presided over by Assistant General Manager of RAKUB and Zonal Head of RAKUB (North), Bogura Shahinur Islam, Manager of South bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Abdur Razzak, Manager RAKUB Corporate Manager Monirul Islam, Manager of Mutual Trust bank Shamiul Islam, General Secretary of Bogura Press Club Amzad Hossain Mintu, RAKUB Shihali branch Manager Aftab Hossain, Women entrepreneur Masuma Akter spoke in the programme. The programme was conducted by RAKUB Manager ATM Shafiqur Rahman.

Managing Director Niranjan Chandra Debnath with the presence of RAKUB Clients, other bankers, Journalists said that RAKUB is a bank of the root-level agro-based people and the improvement of the life style of the people should be ensured and only then Bangladesh will be turned into a true Sonar Bangla which was dreamt by the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

He wished that RAKUB has already become a digitalized bank and achieved ISO-Certificate so far and accountability must be maintained in level of the bank.
