The 25^th March, the mass killing day was observed discussion and cultural programme at Mojibbarsha of Shatmatha area in Bogura on Monday noon.

The district administration arranged the discussion and cultural programme on the eve of the day and Deputy Commissioner of Bogura Md. Saiful Islam was present as the chief guest while the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bogura Meshbaul Karim presided over the whole programme.

The chief guest said that the brutal Pakistani army conducted massacre on the very mass killing day on innocent Bangalees of East Bangla so that they could stop the freedom loving people of Bangladesh. Still, some miscreants of the country have been trying to make conspiracy to change the real history of glorious Independence.

In the programme, Superintendent of Police of Bogura Addl. DIG Sudip Kumar Chakrabarty, Chairman of District Parishad Dr. Mokbul Hossain, Civil Surgeon of Bogura Dr, Shafiul Azam, and noted Freedom Fighter of Bogura Ruhul Amin were simultaneously present as the special guests. Later a mind-blowing cultural programme was also held in the same venue.

District unit Awami League, other political parties, Bogura Press Club, Bogura Police Lines School and Colleges and other organisations observed the day with utmost care.
