International Women’s Day has been celebrated in Bogra’s Nandigram with the theme “Women will lead the world in new equality in time”. A discussion meeting and cultural program was held on Monday (March 7) at the initiative of Upazila Administration and Upazila Women’s Affairs Officer’s Office.
The discussion was held under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sharmin Akhter at 12 noon. Upazila Parishad Chairman Rezaul Ashraf Jinnah, Women Vice Chairman Sraboni Akhter Banu, Acting President of Upazila Awami League Rafiqul Islam, Upazila Women’s Affairs Officer Khaleda Yasmin and President of Jatiya Mahila Sangha Upazila Branch Mahfuza Khatun Pramukh.
