Nawabganj Women’s Degree College located in the heart of Nawabganj Upazila of Dinajpur District has held the inaugural class of female students admitted for the academic year 2023-2024 on Sunday.

Nawabganj Women’s Degree College Principal  Shafiqul Islam presided over the program and second year student Mukta Parveen Lipi recited the Holy Quran. Papi Rani Paul  and Rumi Hajda read from the Gita and the Bible respectively.

Nusrat Jahan spoke on behalf of the new students in the inaugural class of the famous Nawabganj Women’s Degree College, a beacon for female students of higher secondary and graduate level in Nawabganj. Second year student Miskat Jahan Mitu addressed the new students.

Since its established  till now, Nawabganj Women’s Degree College has come to the attention of the education conscious circles for its enviable results in the public examination. Saidul Islam, assistant professor of Bangla Department, spoke on the occasion from among the teachers. Vice Principal Farhad Hosse, Ex Principal Abdul Hakim also spoke on the occasion.

President of Nawabganj Women’s Degree College and special guest of today’s program, Chanowar Rahman called the students to become real people. The whole program was conducted by Abdul Karim, a demonstrator  of the Geography Department.
