Founder president of Bangladesh Agricultural Farm Workers Federation (BAFWF), Pabnadistrict Awami League senior adviser, prominent labour leader freedom fighter M. ZainulAbedin passed away early Sunday at his residence in Ranigram of Pabnasadarupazila. He was 87.

He is survived by 3 sons, 3 daughters, grandchildren and many relatives.

The deceased’s younger son Ali SajjadSohag confirmed the death and said his father MZainulAbedin was suffering from various diseases for a long time.His funeral was held at RanigramDarulUloomDakhil Madrasa ground at 4 pm. earlier in the afternoon, the deceased was given a state guard of honour. PabnaSadarupazilaexecutive officer (UNO)Tahmida Akhtar gave the guard of honour.

At that time, politicians, journalists, freedom fighters, teachers, government officials and people from various professions were present.

Later his burial was completed at Darikamalpur Central Eidga Ground in the upazila.
