Scholarships and bicycles have been distributed among the students of small ethnic groups in Sariakandi, Bogra.
The scholarships and bicycles were distributed among students of small ethnic groups under the Prime Minister’s Office’s ‘Development Assistance for Special Areas Program’ at the Upazila Parishad premises on Monday (March 8th).

Miz Shamima Akhter, wife of Bogra Deputy Commissioner and President of Ladies Club presided over the distribution of scholarships and bicycles.

Mizruna Laila, wife of Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner and President of Rajshahi Divisional Women’s Sports Association, was present as the chief guest and distributed scholarships and bicycles among the students. Sariakandi Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Russell Mia addressed the function. The program was conducted by Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Dewan Akramul Haque.
At that time, a total of one lakh rupees was distributed among 100 students and bicycles were distributed among 20 students.
