A farewell reception was given to District Legal Aid Officer and Senior Assistant Judge Rukhsana Khanam in Chapainawabganj. The
reception was organized in the conference room of Chapainawabganj District Judge’s Court on Thursday (February 27) afternoon.

Chapainawabganj Senior District and Sessions Judge Md. Mizanur Rahman presided over the program. Judge (District Judge) of Women and Child Repression Prevention Tribunal (District Judge) Md. Haider Ali Khandaker and Chief Judicial Magistrate Md. A.K.M. Jahangir Alam spoke as special guests.

The court’s judges, officials and employees were present at the time. After the speech, the outgoing judge was congratulated with a crest
and flowers. It is to be noted that, in a notification from the Law and Justice Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Senior Judicial Magistrate Md. Touhiduzzaman and District Legal Aid Officer and Senior Assistant Judge Rukhsana Khanam have been transferred to Dhaka. At today’s event, Judge Touhiduzzaman was absent on special work, and Judge Rukhsana Khanam was given a farewell reception. The judges expressed their best wishes and wished them success in their future lives to the departing couple.
