The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Rajshahi Range Police Md Abdul Baten BPM, PPM took part in a briefing at Hatikumrul Intersection area on Dhaka-Rangpur highway under Sirajgonj district on Sunday noon.

The object of the briefing is to ensure traffic jam-free and hazard-free movement of the vehicles on the highways to the northern part of the country so that the commuters can reach in their respective homes smoothly during the Eid vacation.

The people of the northern 20 districts can easily reach in their homes from the capital for enjoying eid festival and can enjoy the best Muslim religious festival.

In the briefing, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Rajshahi Range Police Md Abdul Baten was present as the chief guest while Superintendent of Police (SP) of Sirajgonj district Md Arifur Rahman Mondal bpm (bar), PPM (bar) presided over the briefing.

In the briefing, the executive engineer of Roads Division and the high official of Sirajgonj district police and other concerned departments, media men of different houses were present in the same location simultaneously.

DIG Abdul Baten saught all out supports from the different corners of the citizens so that the smooth movement of the commuters can be ensured ahead of Eid-ul Adha.
