Motor cycle biker Husband and wife were killed from a bus-hit before Kolpana fueling stationon Dhaka-Rangpur highway at Charmatha area in Bogura town on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Sajal Mia, 50, and his wife Hosne Ara, 45, of Katpara area of Bogura town.

Monowaruzzaman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kunderhat highway police station said that they were going to Thinmatha area from Charmatha area by boarding a motorcycle and after reaching before Kolpana Fueling Station, a black-coloured micro-bus hit them from back side and another speedy bus crashed them instantly and husband died on the spot.

Immediately the victim wife was rushed to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital (SZMCH) but on duty doctor declared her dead and her dead body was kept in morgue of the hospital for autopsy and police have been taking law-full action against the bus, micro-bus drivers, added the OC.
