Journalist Union of Bogura (JUB) of Bogura arranged a mourning discussion and Dowa Mahfil for the departed soul of the former president of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) Ruhul Amin Gazi at Bogura Press Club in Bogura on Tuesday afternoon.

The porgramme was presided over by the president of JUB, Bogura,  Gonesh Das while General Secretary of JUB, Bogura SM Abu Sayeed presented the whole programme.

The president of Journalist Union of Bogura (JUB) while Executive Member of BFUJ central committee Mirza Selim Reza, JUB former president Motiul Islam Saadi, Mir Sazzad Ali Shontosh, Member Secretary of Adhoc Committee of Bogura Press Club Sabur Shah Lotus, Former JUB President Fazle Rabbi Dollar, Former Secretary Mominur Rashid Sain, Press Club Finance Secretary Abul Kalam Azad, Mostafa Moughal, Mahfuz Mondal, Saiful Islam, Ferdousur Rahman and others spoke on the life and career of Ruhul Amin Gazi.

Speakers mentioned that Ruhul Amin was a great humanitarian leader of Journalists community who did not bother about power and prosperity and he always stood infavour of tortured Journalist from his whole life. Later a Dowa Mahfil was held for the salvation of the departed soul of the great Journalist leader.
