Adnan Hossain from Bogura Police Lines School and College has been nominated as the best scout in the competition on National Education Week-2024 in Rajshahi division in Bangladesh May 13 this year.   

 Adnan Hossain is a student of class ten of science group from noted educational institution Bogura Police Lines School and College. The best scout student was awarded by Rajshahi divisional commissioner and the convener of National Education Week-2024 Regional Committee Dr. Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir with the presence of Director (Acting) of Department of Higher and Secondary Education, Rajshahi area, and Member Secretary of National Education Week-2024 Regional Committee Dr. Md. Alamgir Kabir.

Shahadat Alam Zhunu, Principal of Police Lines School and College, Bogura said that co-curriculum activities beside academic activities is a must for the flourishment of mental faculties and for physical health of the students.

Out of all co-curriculum activities, scout is the best which helps the students to make humane attitude and values and the educational institution has been giving huge importance in scout movement and last year, a student named Shahriar Jhalak became the best scout of the whole country, added the principal.
