Md Gaziur Rahman, PPM has been promoted to the rank of SP by the gazette of Ministry of Home Affairs on 6 th November. He joined the police force in 2011 as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).

He served as AC in DMP, ASP Headquarters, and Senior ASP B Circle in Bogura district and Additional SP Sadar Circle in Dinajpur. He has also served in Darfur, Sudan as UN peace keeper and Additional SP in Sherpur Circle of Bogura. Now he has been serving as Additional SP Admin and Finance in Naogaon. He was awarded IGP Badge in 2019 and President Police Medal (PPM) Gallantry for his outstanding performance.

He expresses hearty gratitude to Honourable PM, Honourable Minister of Home Affairs, Honourable Senior Secretary of Home Ministry, Honourable IGP and other senior police officers for his promotion. He seeks the help of people of all walks of life to serve the nation.
