In tha name of the father of the nation, Bangabandhu Gallery at the office of the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Sirajgonj district was inaugurated by the honourable Home Minister on Sunday noon.
The Home Minister of the peoples’ republic of Bangladesh and noted freedom fighter Md. Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal MP was present as the chief guest while Inspector General of Police (IGP) of Bangladesh Abdullah Al-Mamun bpm (bar), ppm, was present as the special guest in the inauguration programme of Bangabandhu Gallery in the location.
Superintendent of Police (SP) of Sirajgonj Md. Arifur Rahman Mondal bpm (bar), ppm (bar) had directly supervised in building the gallery to uphold the valuable memories of father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Other valued guests were renowned freedom fighter Benjir Ahmed, MP, Dhaka-20 constituency and President of the parliamentary permanent committee, all the members of the parliament elected from Sirajgonj district, Additional IGP and Director General (DG-RAB Forces) M. Khurshid Hossain bpm (bar), ppm, DIG of Rajshahi Range Md. Abdul Baten bpm, ppm, DIG of Highway police Mozammel Haque bpm (bar), ppm, and Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Sirajgonj and other high officials of Bangladesh Police, Journalists of the district, member of the civil society.
After the inauguration of the exquisitely decorated Bangabandhu Gallery in the office of Superintendent of Police (SP), the chief and other valued guests planted trees in the premise of SP office at noon.
