House wife Khadija Khatun (25) has been electrocuted while disconnecting the DIS channel from the TV under Sherpur upazila of of Bogura.
The incident took place at Bhimjani School Para area of Khanpur Union around 12:30 pm on Sunday. The deceased Khadija is the wife of Rana Mahmud of that area.
The deceased’s husband Rana Mahmud said ” There was a problem with the dis line.For this reason the line has been disconnected line for reopen While re-connecting, she has bern electrocuted with the connection of that dis line and died on the spot.
Officer-in-charge Babu Kumer Shaha of Sherpur police station said ” The police have been sent to the scene.” “After the legal process, the body will be handed over to the family.” he added.
