A human chain formed by Pabna press club to demand the repeal of Digital Security Act and stop harassment of journalists. The human chain programme was held for an hour in front of Pabna Press Club on Monday afternoon.

Pabna press club president ABM Fazlur Rahman, secretary Saikat Afroz Asad, president of Pabna Newspaper Council Abdul Matin Khan, Reporters Unity leader Kazi Babla and others spoke at the human chain.

The speakers demanded an immediate end to the harassment of journalists by repealing the Digital Security Act.

Apart from the press club, journalists from print and electronic media of the district city along with Pabna Reporters Unity participated in the human chain.
