One house wife was committed suicide due to family feud  by hanging herself at Fulbariupazila in Kurigram early in the morning on Thursday (March 30).Police recovered the body.

The deceased was identified asMeem Akhtar 20 wife of Ripon Miah of village TalukShemulbari under Shimulbari union of the upazila.

Deceased family and local sources said Ripon married withMeem by love affairs six years back. They have a son aged two years. Meem wanted to go her father’s house for several days but her mother-in-law said to go after some days causes she has not good relation with her mother-in-law.

Finding no alternative way the house wife was committed suicide by hanging herself with ceiling of the bed room early in the morning, locals opined.

Sub Inspector of Fulbari police station EnamulHaque told that being informed police rushed to the spot and recovered the body. The causes behind the suicide could not be known immediately. The body was however sent to Kurigram morgue for post mortem examination, he added.
