Full Fledged committee of Sherpur Thana Press Club has been formed with active print and electronic media workers under Sherpur of upazila of Bogura district.
Md. Abdul Hannan Rokon & General Secretary Mamun Chowdhury have been elected on December 31 on the occasion.
A full committee consisting of 11 members was formed in the temporary office on Wednesday evening on January 11 with the presence of members of the Press Club.
For the two-year period of 2022-2023, a full committee consisting of 11 members has been formed unanimously with Md. Abdul Hannan Rokon, representative of Dainik Jayzai Din, as president and Mamun Chowdhury, representative of Dainik Bhorer Chetna, as general secretary. The vice-president of the committee is Md. Abu Saeed Fakir, (Weekly Information Mala), co-general secretary Md. Masud Farooq Bablu (Dainik Ajker Bashundhara), organizational secretary Sheikh Manjurul Haque (Dainik Bhorer Chetna), office secretary S.M. Imamul Millat (Dainik Ekushe Sangbad), Treasurer Md. Liton Kabir (Dainik Bhorer Chetna), Literary and Cultural Editor Tanveer Hasan (Dainik Swadhin Times), Executive Member Md. Saidul Islam (Dainik Bangla Khabar), Md. Rafiqul Islam (Dainik Muktaskal), Md. Iftekhar Alam (daily Ajker Bashundhara and daily Muktbarta).
