A day-long workshop titled ‘Preparation and process of publishing research articles in International Journal’PPPRAIJ’ was organised for teachers at Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST) on Monday.

PUST vice chancellor professor Dr. HafizaKhatun inaugurated the workshop in the morning where the resource person was the vice-chancellor of Asian University of Bangladesh Shah Jahan Khan.

Under the overall supervision of IQAC additional director Sheikh Russel Al-Ahmed and Dr. Md Noor Alam which the opening ceremony was presided over by Mir Khaled Iqbal Chowdhury, director of the university’s institutional quality assurance cell (IQAC) and moderated by IQAC administrative officer SanjidaSharmin.

Vice-Chancellor prof. Dr. HafizaKhatunemphasised on more and more practice in any subject and said, ‘We have to ensure quality education. We have to go ahead with our research by making maximum use of scarce resources, added the VC.

The workshop held at Gallery-2 of MA Wazed Mia science building of the university where some 143 teachers participated in the training in two batches.
