The decomposed dead body of a school boy was recovered on Saturday (Sept. 10) after two days of missing at Ulipurupazila in Kurigram.

The deceased was identified as Farhad Miah 12 son of Noor Alam Miah also a student of class four ofKhamarMagura Govt. Primary school of village PatilapurMiahpara under Daldalea union of the upazila.

Daldalia UP member Delwar Hossain said the school boy was missing on Thursday (Sept 8). His relatives searched him here and there but failed. They also announced by laud speaker asking information of the missing boy on Friday.

One woman went to the field to pluck arum vegetable and found the decomposed body and was shouting.Locals rushed to the spot and identified the body and informed the matter to police.

Police however recovered the body and sent it to KurigramSadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Sabina Yasmin, mother of the deceased Farhad said we have no enmity with anybody.

Officer-in-charge of Ulipur police station ImteazKabir said it is primarily suspected that the boy may be killed.The actual news will be known after getting the autopsy report.
