Leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir staged a procession in Rajshahi. Leaders and activists took out the procession from Bilshimla Bandhgate of Rajpara Police Station on Sunday on the occasion of the 45th founding anniversary of this student organization of Jamaat-e-Islami.

Meanwhile, Boalia Model Police arrested three members of a Shibir accused in a sabotage case in the metropolis.

They were arrested from Hetem Khan area at 1.30 pm on Sunday.

The arrested are: Md. Shihab Sumon (19), son of Md. Zillur Rahman of Bara Dadpur village of Gomstapur police station of Chapainawabganj district, Md. Yusuf Ali (20) son of Md. Enamul Haque of Shibganj police station and Md. ). All of them used to study from Hetem Khan area of ​​Boalia police station.

He said that last (September 11, 2021) Boalia police raided the house of Rabiul Islam in Koyerdara village and arrested three Jamaat Shibir activists with various records, jihadi books, banners, cash registers and local weapons but 10-12 escaped. At that time they were inciting, conspiring and zooming in to carry out terrorist activities. A spokesman for the city police said that the Boalia Model Police had been conducting a search operation for the fugitives since then.
