543rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank was held on 12 January 2022 at 11:00 am in its head office.

Chairman of Rakub Board of Directors and former Senior Secretary to the Government Md Raichul Alam Mandal presided over the meeting.

Managing Director of the Bank Md Abdul Mannan and Directors of the Board of Directors Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner GSM Zafarullah NDC; Md. Sirajul Islam, Additional Director, Department of Agriculture Extension, Rajshahi Region, Md Tofazuddin Ahmed, Deputy Director, Department of Fisheries, Rajshahi Division and Md Abdul Wahab Bhuiyan, Divisional Commissioner, Rangpur Division participated in the virtual meeting from Rangpur.

Secretary of the Board Secretariat Md Sana Ullah was also present in the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman welcomed the newly joined Director of the Board of Directors, GSM Zafarullah NDC, Divisional Commissioner, Rajshahi Division, with best wishes on behalf of the Board of Directors.

A number of important decisions were taken at the meeting on various business and administrative issues of the bank including setting recovery targets against top-20 canceled loan accounts, allocation of funds for upward expansion work of Rakab Bhaban, rescheduling of interest rates on deposits.
