An open house day was held at Kahalu police station premises on Tuesday at the initiative of Kahalu police.

Officer-in-charge of Kahalu Police Station Md Amber Hossain presided over the open house day meeting while Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) Md Abdur Rashid addressed the meeting as the chief guest.

Assistant Superintendent of Police (Nandigram)  cercle Ahmed Raziur Rahman, Upazila Chairman Al Hasibul Hasan Suruj, Upazila Awami League President Alhaj Md Helal Uddin Kabiraj, General Secretary Abdul Mannan, UP Chairman Ruhul Amin Talukder Belal, Belal, Harej Uddin, Md Mitu Chowdhury, Abdus Chalek Tota and President of Upazila Community Policing Committee spoke.

The program was conducted by SI Nazmul Haque of Kahalu police station.
