RAB-12 has arrested a woman drug dealer along with 148 pieces of yaba under Sherpur upazila of Bogura district.
She was arrested in front of a market at the bus stand area of Sherpur municipality of Bogrua district on Thursday at noon.
On Friday Rapid Action Battalion RAB-12 Media Assistant Superintendent of police of Sirajganj Mostafizur Rahman has sent this information through a press release.
The arrested drug dealer Sumi Khatun (28) is the wife of Shahadat Hossain of Tikarvita village in Kazipur upazila of Sirajganj district. At present she lives in the ten-mile area of Garidaha Union of Sherpur Upazila of Bogura
RAB further said that the arrested accused had been selling illegal drug in different places of Sirajganj and Bogura district for a long time. A case has been filed against her under the Narcotic Control Act at Sherpur Police Station.
