two-day training program for street food vendors and tour guides in Bogura by BTB

A two-day training program for street food vendors and tour guides has started at a local motel in Bogura from February 5 to 6, organized by the Bangladesh Tourism Board.
On the first day of the training program, Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Tourism Board Jabed Ahmed (Additional Secretary), Director of Bangladesh Tourism Board Abu Taher Muhammad Jaber (Joint Secretary), Deputy Director of Bangladesh Tourism Board Israt Jahan Keya (Deputy Secretary) and Bangladesh were directly involved. Md. Borhan Uddin, Assistant Director, Tourism Board. Also joined as local coordinators were Milon Rahman, proprietor of Air Travels and Alok Pal, a cultural activist and tour guide.
The two-day workshop discusses the delivery of services in full compliance with consumer rights law, with street food vendors cleaning up. Tour guides are also given a statement on how to guide tourists in accordance with the hygiene rules during the carousel.
A total of 30 tour guides and street vendors participated in the two-day workshop.
