Amor Ekushey Book Fair is being held at Hamchapur with the overall support of Hamchapur Youth Society at the initiative of Premier League  under Sherpur upazila of Bogura district.

The venue of the fair is being held in a beautiful and pleasant environment on the west side of the house of Maulana Rustam Ali, former principal of Sherpur Government Degree College.  If you want to go to the fair, go straight south from the corner of Dhunat Road, cross the house of the former Sherpur Upazila Chairman and walk a little west along the road to the mosque.  The fair is open daily from 12 noon to 8 pm.

 Hundreds of people come to the fair every day to see and buy books. The fair was inaugurated by Captain ABM Fakhrul Islam, a worthy son of the former principal.  He said, this is a small effort to bring us from the dark world of intoxication to the world of light.

Through this small effort, we want to give the direction to develop the tender-hearted children as ideal people.  Every day people of all walks of life including teachers, journalists, poets, literary intellectuals, politicians and people of different castes and religions gather at the fair.  The fair will end tomorrow, February 23 at 12 noon.  Everyone was invited to come to the fair.
