Two drug dealers along with 40 bottles of phensidyle and 200 pitches Yaba tablets were arrested in the anti-drug operation of Bogura on Friday.

The arrested were identified as Mohammad Sagar Hossain alias Atiqur Rahman Sagar, 25, Son of Md Shahadat Hossain of Panchbaria Hat village under sadar upazila in Bogura and Md Shahrul Islam (25), son of Md Ershadul Haque of Purbapara village under Shibganj police station of the district.

A team led by DB, in-charge Md Saihan Oliullah, Sagar was detained along with 40 bottles of phensidyle and Shaharul was arrested with 200 pitches Yaba tablets.

Separate cases have been filed against the arrested accused in Sadar and Shibganj police stations and sent to wise courts.

DB, in-charge Md Saihan Oliullah said that there are already 5 cases against the arrested accused Md Sagar Hossain alias Atiqur Rahman Sagar and 1 case against the accused Md Shahrul Islam.
