Water level of the 16 Rivers including and it’s tributaries are increasing in Kurigram due to on rush of water from upstream.

Water level of the Dharla River is flowing above 7cm danger mark at Dharla Bridge point in the morning on Sunday. Besides, water level of the Teesta and the Brahmaputra River is also increasing.

Low lying areas including char and island char are inundated. Consequently Boro padd,jute fields and vegetables fields in these areas inundated.
