The Chief of Bangladesh Army General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP, OSP,   ndu, psc, Ph.D, has distributed among the poor and distressed chilly  cold-victim people of Baghabari Ghat area under Shahazadpur upazila in Sirajgonj district on Wednesday afternoon while he was visiting the 11-infantry division of Bogura Command areas.

The Bangladesh Army has been giving warm cloths every year for winter season among the distressed, poor and cold-victim people with the direction of the chief of Army. Following such direction, the army has been handing over 2000 blanket among the cold-victim people of the area.

General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, SUP, OSP, ndu, psc, Ph.D. said that in future the Army will continue their such humanitarian job among the common and poor people and Army is round-the clock ready to serve the humanity.

The Army Chief has handed over the blankets among the beneficiaries of the area while he was visiting the areas under Army division and he was accompanied by the GOC of 11-Infantry Division and Area Commander, Bogura Major General AKM Nazmul Hasan ndc, psc and other high army officials of the command area and eminent persons of the areas.
