Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Suman Jihadi has kept outstanding contribution to change the lot of the people of Dupchanchia upazila. In his working life of only one year and eight months, he has become a beloved figure to the citizens of all levels of the upazila.

UNO Md Suman Jihadi has caused tears in the media, political arena, educational institutions and society. They cannot accept the transfer of UNO at all. The next workplace of this officer is in Sherpur Upazila of Bogura. It is known that this officer, who was born in Sirajganj district, obtained a higher degree from Dhaka University and served the country as an officer of the 34th BCS (Administration) cadre.

A farewell of UNO was held under the charman ship of presisent of Dupchanchia press club Golam Faruq. Editor of Daily Asia Md Emdadul Haque, former Muuuukti Commander Principal Abdul Majid, Suzyat, Upazila Awami League President Aminur Rahman, General Secretary Emdadul Haque, Journalist, AKM Jahangir Alam, KM Belal, Saju Mondal, Feroz Hossain, ATM Samad Kobbat, Asim Das, Matiur Rahman Dewan Palash and others spoke at this time.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sumon Jihadi said that under the guidance of Chief Minister Sheikh Hasina and with the aim of realizing the dream of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, I have worked to move this upazila forward with the cooperation of all.
