UNO Manowar Hossain, who came into discussion after slapping the former public representative in Fakirhat of Bagerhat, has been recalled. His job has been transferred to the Ministry of Public Administration. This order was given in a notification signed by Rehna Akhtar, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration.

According to the order, UNO Monowar Hossain has been directed to the APD division of the Ministry of Public Administration for posting. Bagerhat Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Azizur Rahman confirmed the order on Monday (March 6) around 9 pm.

Earlier on the morning of March 1 in Kanthaltala area of Fakirhat Upazila, there was an allegation that former Vice Chairman Mizanur Rahman was physically assaulted and taken away in a car for allegedly rubbing the vehicle of UNO on the Khulna-Mawa highway. Since this incident, the locals have been making various complaints against that UNO.
