A person named Aminur Islam Amu (38) was fined tk 50,000  for illegally digging a pond under  Adamdighi and damaging the road by carrying soil with a tractor and digging soil with an excavator (Veku) in that upazila.

Executive Magistrate Tuktuk Talukdar released 7 tractors and a veku of Aminur Islam Amur on giving a bond that he will not carry soil. Fined Aminur Islam is the son of Mamtajur Rahman of Nimaidighi village of Amu Upazila.

According to mobile court sources, one mahal was digging ponds and arable land with excavators (Veku) in different parts of Adamdighi upazila, destroying soil carrying roads through paved roads with tractors. Last Wednesday and Thursday, the Upazila Enforcement Officer and the Enforcement Magistrate Tuktuk Talukdar conducted a mobile operation in various places of the upazila.

3 tractors were seized from Santahar’s Tarpur and 2 tractors from Nasratpur’s Muril for the crime of carrying soil illegally in the operation and handed over to the police station. Besides, on Thursday morning, Aminur Islam Amuke was arrested for the crime of illegally digging soil with a veku machine and transporting it through a tractor from Dhulatair field in Chatiangram, and seized one of his veku machines and 7 tractors.

In the afternoon, the Executive Magistrate of Bramyaman Adarat Tuktuk Talukdar Aminur Islam Amu fined the person named Tk 50 thousand and released the 7 tractors and one veku seized by Aminur Islam Amu after giving a bond that he will not excavate soil with excavator (Veku) and carry soil by tractor in this upazila. gave Apart from this, the mobile court has given the custody of 5 tractors seized in Muril and Tarapur areas.
