The postal department has inaugurated a sub-post office at the recreational site at Thengamara Mohila Shabuj Shangha (TMSS) premise at Noadapara area in Bogura on Sunday noon.

The Post-master General (North), Rajshahi area Kazi Ashadul Islam inaugurated the sub-post office in the location as the chief guest while the Executive Director of TMSS, Bogura, Professor Dr. Hosne Ara was simultaneously present as the special guest.

The chief guest Kazi Ashadul Islam said that the postal department has been trying to modernize the activities of the department copying with the passage of time and its necessity.

The service beneficial people should come forward to get their utmost services from the department and the department will extend its postal services to the people, added the Post-master General.

Executive Director (ED) of TMSS, Bogura, Professor Dr. Hosne Ara said that they had been trying to launch a sub-post office in the area from the tenure of the then Postal and Tele-communication Minister and best son of the northern region of Bangladesh Md. Nasim and today, the dream came true with the inauguration of the sub-post office.

Other guests were Deputy Post-master General Anower Hossain, Assistant Post-master General of the head post office of Bogura Ala Mia Mondal, Adviser to TMSS Agriculturist Ashadur Rahman, and Deputy Executive Director of TMSS Dr. Motiur Rahman and Shohrab Ali were also present.
