Sub-inspector Md Nurul Alam, a proud member of Bangladesh Police, has been honored integrity strategy 2021-2022 award for keeping outstanding contribution in heroic deeds including counter-terrorism, prevention of militancy, integrity and prevention of anarchy.

After joining in Sapaher police station in Naogaon district, apart from ensuring service to the clients with integrity, he also set other examples of good conduct. Since his posting at Sapahar police station, he has already been appreciated by all levels of people for his good manner too.

The UGC authorities have given this award in recognition of the practice of integrity among the officers of Bangladesh Police as well as other officials of the government.

They will receive one month’s basic salary, crest and certificate as incentives for implementation of integrity strategy Award and Annual Performance Agreement (APA).

Regarding the Award, the UGC Secretary said that it will increase the competitiveness of the employees in the UGC and make them interested in performing the official activities with devotion.

Sub-Inspector (SI) Md Nurul Alam said Bangladesh Police is always ready to fulfill the duties assigned by the government in addition to building a happy and prosperous Bangladesh.

Additional Superintendent of Police Gaziur Rahman said that the sense of responsibility towards the country should always be kept awake. Patriotism, devotion to duty, honesty, sincere desire and unremitting efforts must be strictly imbibed in oneself. Remember yourself through achievements.
