Providing houses to 45 families in Sherpur

45 land and houses have been provided to homeless families in Sherpur Upazila of Bogra.  On Tuesday (June 11), house keys and necessary documents were handed over to those families in the Upazila Parishad meeting room.  Also, Sherpur Upazila has been declared land and homeless free.
 Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially inaugurated the provision of houses to 18,566 landless families across the country and announced the names of districts and sub-districts in the homeless-free areas.
 Later, simultaneous prayers and prayers were conducted.  Rajshahi Divisional Additional Commissioner (Revenue) Imtiaz Hossain, Upazila Chairman (Acting) Shahjamal Siraji, Upazila Executive Officer Md.  Suman Jihadi, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) SM Rezaul Karim, Upazila Health Family and Planning Officer Sajid Hasan Siddiqui, OC Rezaul Karim of Sherpur Police Station, Freedom Fighter KM Obaidur Rahman along with upazila government officials, freedom fighters, public representatives, journalists were present.
 It is known from the office of the upazila project implementation officer that houses were distributed among 45 landless and homeless families in this upazila in the fifth phase of the shelter project-2.  Among them, 14 in Tantra area of ​​Kusumbi Union, 19 in Ayara village of Mirzapur Union, 6 in Chakanshi area of ​​Sughat Union and Shahbandegi.
