Performance appraisal meeting-2023 of Branch Managers of Rajshahi Krishi Unnoyon Bank (RAKUB) was held at North zone office in Bogura on Sunday.

The performance evaluation meeting was held presided over by Zonal Manager of South Zone Md Helal Uddin while Honorable Managing Director Md Zahidul Haque was speaking as the chief guest.

Deputy General Manager of Debt Collection Division-1 Md Zia Uddin Akbar, Deputy General Manager of Loan and Advance Division-1 Md Bellal Hossain and Zonal Manager Rakub Zonal Office North Zone Md Shahinur Islam were present as special guests.

The honorable Managing Director Md Zahidul Haque gave important directions to raise the bank to a profitable level by improving the customer service of the branch, improving the overall environment of the branch, increasing non-funded business, bringing ADR to desired level, collecting deposits, collecting classified loans and rescheduled loans.

MD gave more importance to disbursement of unsecured loans to cash account holders and landless farmers. He emphasis on People’s Republic of Bangladesh government’s announced incentive package, especially “back home”, wheat and maize (food crops) production sector, 4% subsidized interest import alternative credit distribution program and credit guarantee scheme.
