Science and Technology Minister Architect Yafes Osman said today’s Rooppur nuclear power project was Bangabandhu’s dream. Today it is becoming a reality for his worthy daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

He said while inaugurating the construction project of Physical Protection System (PPS) of Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant.

Minister Yafes Osman inaugurated the event on Wednesday afternoon as the chief guest by pressing a switch and inflating balloons.

Minister further said that if we can complete this mega project in Rooppur with transparency then Bangabandhu will be respected. Bengalish can do many things. You can ruin it again. Today, Bangladesh stands tall in the court of the world because of Rooppur nuclear project.

Chief of general staff of Bangladesh army lieutenant general Ataul Hakim Sarwar Jahan, Rosatom’s Overseas project head Ruslan Baichurin, Pabna-4 MP Nuruzzaman Biswas, Pabna-Sirajganj reserved women’s seat MP Nadira Yasmin Jolly, Project Director Dr. Shawkat Akbar, military officers and media personnel were present.
