Dupchanchia Upazila Nirbahi Officer  (UNO) & Executive Magistrate Muha Abu Tahir conducted a mobile court on Tuesday and  fine of Tk 3,000 from two lachcha semai factories in the Chaumuhani bus stand area under Dupchanchia upazila in Bogura.

It is learned that on the day of the incident, the mobile court raided the Mohammad Lachcha Semai factory owned by Mohammad Ali and the Delwar Lachcha Semai factory owned by Delwar Hossain in Chaumuhani Bazar upazila.

Mohammad Ali and Delwar Hossain were fined Tk 1,000 and Tk 2,000 respectively under the Consumer Rights Protection Act for making lachcha in dirty environment.

Police members including Upazila Sanitary Inspector Mamata Rani Saha were present during the mobile court.
