An Hons student has arrested along with a large quantity of drugs as well as 6,060 pieces of Tapentadol tablets in Bogura

He was arrested at night on Saturday in the Bilpara area of ​​East Nataipara in the district.

The arrested is Tanmoy son of Bidhan Majumdar and a first year graduate student in the accounting department of Government Shah Sultan College in Bogura.

Shahidul Islam and Rajib Hossain, sub-inspectors (SIs) of Naruli police outpost who took part in the drug rescue operation, said they came to know about a young man on the basis of secret information.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station Selim Reza said the arrested Tanmoy was a professional drug dealer. A case is being filed against him under the prevailing drug law.
