Discusdion Meeting of Kakller Kantha Shubasangh held to prevent suicide trend in Sherpur

Discussion Meeting has been held to create awareness to prevent suicidal death on Sunday (March 19) after noon at meeting room of Ulipur Ameria Samatullah Fazil Madrasa, a traditional educational institution of the town under Sherpur upazila of Bogura district.
Discussion  meeting was organized by the local upazila branch largest social organization Kaler kanth Shubusango of the country on the day. Principal Abdul Hai Bari, president of the organisation preside over the meeting.
Sajib Sharin, Additional Superintendent(ASP) of Police (Sherpur Circle) spoke as the chief guest in the meeting.
Shishir Mostafiz, General Secretary of Shubosangh Bogura District Branch, Department Secretary Kamrunnahar Kemi,Ayub Ali, Sherpur Upazila correspondent of Kaler Kanth, Nazrul Islam, Principal of Private International Madrasah.Among others, Saiful Islam, Vice Principal of Madrasa, Bashar Al Hamid, Assistant Teacher of Hapunia Mahabagh High School, Md. Omar Farooq, Organizing Secretary of Upazila Shubasangh, Student Tamanna Akhtar spoke on the occasion.
Abdul Quader Majnu, General Secretary of Upazila Shubasangh conducted the discussion  meeting. Speakers of the meeting emphasized on creating social awareness to prevent suicide.”
“Many  people choose suicide because of family strife, love complications, unemployment, loneliness, human pressure and depression.Besides social degradation and modern” they added.
“Due to the misuse of technology, suicides have been also happening.This cannot be accepted in any way. We have been shocked by several recent local suicides.”they also added.
“Everyone needs to be aware to prevent this suicide trend. We have to get out of sick competition.We have to think about mental health. Try to follow the religious rules. You should learn to love life.Two hundred students were present in the meeting  expressed strong commitment.” they also concerned.
