After a long time, carpeting work of Taluka-Bazardighi via Gunahar link road from Gunahar to Merai has been started finally on Tuesday.

In the presence of journalist Emdadul Haque, some parts of the road at Junipukur were leveled by a roller machine.

It is learned that with the overall cooperation of LGED’s Chief Engineer Abdur Rashid Khan and efforts of journalist Emdadul Haque  to facilitate communication in the area, it was urged to take necessary steps including speeding up the ID road but it could not be completed soon due to invisible problem.

More than two years have passed since the laying of brick sand, and with the commencement of carpeting work on the road, relief has been observed among the people of the area.
