Blankets have been handed over to Kurigram Deputy Commissioner by a Non-Government Organization named ASHA in the morning on Tuesday  to distribute among poor people here in the beginning of winter season.

Senior Manager of ASHA in KurigramRafikul Islam,Audit Manager Abu Bakkar Siddique,Senior Regional Manager of Rajarhat region MahfuzAlam, Suresh Chandra Sarkar, Senior managers of Kurigram Sadar-1, Sadar-2 and Tromohoni Branch were present among others.

The officers of ASHA said these warm clothes have been handed over to distribute among poor people here like previous years and such kinds of assistance will continue in future.
